STRYKERLABS SUCCESS STORY

Following the departure of the successful coaching team led by Christian Ilzer—known for its high-intensity, physically demanding style of play—SK Sturm Graz faced a major challenge in the middle of the 2024/25 Champions League season. To maintain and further develop its established performance culture, the club entered into a close collaboration with Strykerlabs.

The goal was to preserve existing structures, optimize processes, and sustainably strengthen performance across all levels. The partnership began with the first team, where key processes in load management, performance analysis, and medical documentation were modernized. Its success quickly led to an expansion of the collaboration to Sturm II and the academy.

In the 2024/25 season, the club achieved its ambitious goals—successfully defending the Bundesliga title and delivering a strong performance in the Champions League.

Since summer 2025, the Burgenland academy and the women’s team of SK Sturm Graz have also been working with our solutions.
