LASK faced the challenge of working with multiple data providers across different areas of the club—from performance analysis and scouting to match analysis. This diversity resulted in a fragmented structure that complicated management and limited overall transparency.

Together with LASK, we initiated a comprehensive transformation process. We began by collaborating with the first team in the area of performance optimization and gradually expanded our scope of services. Key steps included integrating the medical department into the overall processes to ensure precise injury documentation, as well as extending our solutions to the academy, amateur teams, and the women’s team.

Today, we provide LASK with a comprehensive solution package, including software tools across multiple departments (AMS+, management dashboard, scouting tool), as well as detailed match reports with actionable insights and training implications. Our continuous performance consulting further complements our service offering at LASK.
